Semi-Truck on Overpass

What type of Work have we done?

Here are a few of the larger or more interesting jobs we've done –

2000mt HcFeCR badly mixed with 300mt Feldspar at UK docks

The material was screened and the Feldspar picked off.

Total HcFeCr recovered was over 95%.

We disposed of the remaining mixed material at no extra charge.

35mt mixed Ferro Alloys in Netherlands warehouse

Material consisted of 75% FeSi, FeTi, HcFeCr, LcFeCr, 45% FeSi, SiMn, FeP etc. and was completely mixed together. We bought the material, moved it back to the UK and re-cycled it ourselves losing only 2mt in fines.

5mt FeNb (0-40mm) mixed with 1mt 75% FeSi (0-50mm)

Material was picked over down to 12mm.

85% material recovered for client.

17mt NiMg (20-200mm) mixed with 3mt FeV (20-200mm) in Netherlands warehouse

Worked in the Netherlands for a client as part on an insurance claim and completed the work in only 3 days.

Only 1.5mt was too small to separate.

2000mt Pig Iron completely mixed in "longs" and "squares" at UK docks

1000mt mixed Pig Iron needed to be separated.

Three men took 10 days to complete the job. Our charge was £10 pmt.

340mt Charge Chrome at Aire sur la Lys, France

Material was covered in silt and mud as it had been on a barge, which had sunk in the canal.

Material was screened and washed simultaneously.

All machinery hired in France and transported to location plus custom-made machinery adaptations.

100% of material was recovered.

6mt mixed Ferro Alloys mainly 70%FeTi, but also off-grade FeTi, McFeMn, 75%FeSi etc.

The material was screened over 10mm and then the 70%FeTi was separated.

We charged only for the 70% FeTi reclaimed, which in this case was 3400kgs.

We disposed of the remaining mixed material at no extra charge.

Over the last 50 years, we have done numerous jobs between 5mt - 2000mt for clients

throughout the UK and Europe.

If you have any mixed or contaminated Ferro Alloys, please let us know and we will come and

have a look and hopefully recover your lost or written off material.
